Aftermarket domain
An aftermarket domain refers to a domain that has been previously purchased with the intent of listing it for resale.

The Auth-Code (also known as an Authorization Code, Authorization Information Code, or Transfer Code) is a code created by a registrar to identify the domain name holder of a generic top-level domain (gTLD) operated under contract with ICANN. This code allows domain names to be transferred from one registrar to another.

It is trademark infringement when someone or a company uses a domain name that is protected by a trademark, thus infringing on another’s rights.
Domain Privacy
It is often provided by domain registrars as a service to hide the domain owner information from the WHOIS search results.
Domain transfer
This refers to changing the registrar of a domain name. The domain name is either transferred after the sale of the domain name, or when the buyer prefers to use the services of another registrar.
