What is your refund/replacement policy?
As a general rule refunds are our last resort since most of our customers will have their content written and websites built on their aged domain. Replacements are possible, given you’re able to provide a valid reason for one. There is very little chance you will be dissatisfied because we choose only quality aged domains for sale.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
To amend or cancel your order please reach out to your dedicated Account Manager in your Odys account.
How Top Ups work and where can I see my account balance?
You can add top-ups to your account balance, to use them in our marketplace. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, TransferWise, and bank transfers. Payments made in cryptocurrencies are possible upon request but are accepted on a case-by-case basis. The current balance of your account can be checked in the top bar of the marketplace or inside your account details.
Is VAT included in the price of a domain?
VAT is only paid by the EU residents that don’t have a VAT number. Buyers from other countries, whether persons or companies, don’t have to pay this tax.
Is it possible to generate an invoice for my payment?
You can generate an invoice while topping up your Odys account by clicking on the “Issue invoice” button.
What payment methods do you accept?
